Palm gets a Christmas present : US$100m

Palm Inc is getting an early Christmas present. We have another 3 more weeks before the unveiling of the new Palm smartphones at CES. The additional US$100 million funding from Elevation Partners will give Palm some wind on its sails to promote the new smartphones.

Let’s hope Palm can put the money to good use. I’m ready for a “wow” moment from Palm, come January.
