There have been rumour after rumour about the “Google Phone“. I’m sure you have heard of some of them, including the one about HTC building hundreds of thousands of mobile phones for Google. There was also one about how the Google Phone won’t be an actual phone, but rather an operating system and collection of services for mobiles.

Good news for Sprint customers : you will soon be able to unlock your phones, and use your own unlocked phones on the Sprint network. This move is part of a settlement for a class action lawsuit in California.
