I’m sure that many people are sick of the iPhone hype already.  It’s being positioned as the best thing to ever happen to the mobile world, and it’s not even out yet.  If the (many) rumours are true, the iPhone is due to drop June 15th.

Palm has not done anything to counter the iPhone so far.  The last new product, the Treo 755p was business as usual — more of an evolution, since it did not really introduce anything new.   I hope Palm has something special up its sleeve.  Even if the iPhone meets half of people’s expectations, you can more or less be sure that it will be a pretty good seller on day one.
