In my predictions for 2007, I speculated that Palm will not launch any new models this year.  I could be wrong, and I’d be happy for it.  The Treo 755p has been mentioned in at least 2 places over the recent weeks — from Sprint (via Engadget Mobile) and  from email platform provider Good Technology (via PalmInfocenter).

Details are scarce, but this is what we know so far :

- it will be offered by Sprint

- it should have a similar (or identical) form factor to the Treo 750

- it will run on CDMA / EVDO networks

We don’t know what OS it will be running.  The “p” in the name points to  Palm OS, however in the Good customer support notes, the Treo 755p is grouped with other Windows Mobile smartphones.
