Palm Treo 750v smartphone Vodafone Windows Mobile

Palm and Vodafone are not wasting time launching the Windows Mobile-powered Treo 750v smartphone in Asia. Vodafone partners in Malaysia and Indonesia join Singapore‘s M1 to offer the new smartphone. In Malaysia, Vodafone’s partner is Celcom while in Indonesia, it is XL. Both Celcom and XL have 3G UMTS networks. Celcom’s network also has the higher-speed HSDPA (which the Treo 750v is supposedly able to support via a software upgrade) but so far there’s no indication on whether the Treo 750v will take advantage of it.
