Palm mobile portal adds podcasts
September 26, 2006 – 9:02 am | by AziziPalm’s new mobile portal (mobile.palm.com) now has support for podcasts. Thanks to Palm’s partner VoiceIndigo, users of the newer Palm smartphones (Treo 700p, 700w/wx, and the upcoming Treo 750v) will be able to discover, listen to and share podcasts. Some of the podcasting features include :
– Browse podcasts by category
– Search for podcasts by keywords
– Create personal audio channels (e.g., MyComedy, MyManchesterUnited)
– Share podcasts and channels with friends
– Rate podcasts
Look for the podcasting features on the Audio channel on the Palm Mobile Portal.
