New Treo to be announced September 12th?

An article by Reuters has sparked the Treo rumours again. An unnamed Palm spokeswoman has apparently given a September 12 date for the announcement of the new Treo in the UK. This would most likely be the Treo 750w, Vodafone-Palm-Microsoft collaboration, running Windows Mobile. Details are still sketchy, but the timing is certainly right for getting the right shelf space at retailers this holiday season.
According to Treonauts, September 12th is also the first day of the CTIA Wireless IT & Entertainment show, where Palm has announced new products in the past.
