Are you all tired from the Treo 700p rumours yet? It’s supposed to be officially announced today, so we’ll see what happens. Apparently a magazine called Techworld jumped the gun and published an article on the Treo 700p.

The specifications are :
- high-speed EV-DO wireless data connectivity
- 1.3 megapixel camera
- 128MB of memory
- 312MHz Intel XScale processor (same as Treo 650)
- Dial-Up Networking (DUN) as standard

Overall, it’s not a substantial upgrade from the Treo 650. Read the Techworld article yourself (PDF format).
