Mobipocket Reader 5.1 Pro is now free
My favourite ebook reader for the Treo is the Mobipocket Reader. You can now download and install the 5.1 Pro version for free. Mobipocket Reader Pro features connectivity support for eNews, text highlighting, page autoscroll, free drawing, annotations, custom linking, and more. Previously available for US$19.95, this is obviously great news.
I just downloaded and installed Mobipocket Reader Pro 5.1 over my previous 5.0 installation, and it worked seamlessly. There was no nag screen asking to upgrade, unlike previous versions. The Pro Reader also kept my Mobipocket Personal ID intact, so that my ebook purchases were immediately accessible (I have the Electric Pocket Oxford English dictionary).
