Palm Treo 650

My Palm Treo 650 smartphone has been my constant companion since February this year, and is now effectively my second brain. With my Treo I’m never out of contact of my friends, family and workmates – I can communicate with them via voice calls, SMS, MMS, Email and Instant Messenger. It’s also my little portal to practically unlimited knowledge – with Google Mobile and Wikipedia.

I have to admit that my Treo 650 was initially probably one of the most unstable Palm OS devices that I have ever owned, with frequent spontaneous resets. I’m pleased to report that since I updated to the unofficial 1.43 firmware over a month ago, my Treo 650 has been rock solid.

My Treo has suffered through several drops, knocks and scrapes – and even one unfortunate event involving a toilet bowl – but has survived each time.

Overall, I’m very happy with my Treo 650. It has been my phone, my communicator, my personal organizer, my ebook reader, my database resource, my entertainment center, and much much more. So how do you like your Treo?
