Josh Bancroft of TinyScreenfuls recently gave a talk on Podcasting from Mobile Devices at the Podcasting Academy, and the audio is now available from IT Conversations. Josh mentions several podcasts which are recorded on mobile devices, and covers different methods and tools for creating podcasts, including PDAs like the Dell Axim X50 and smartphones like the Palm Treo 650.

We have previously covered a couple of podcasts created from mobile devices, for example Treocast and By Ear with Arthur Vance.
