It’s alive!
November 24, 2005 – 12:01 am | by AziziAfter my unfortunate experience with my Treo yesterday, I thought that my smartphone days were numbered. Dropping my $700 Palm Treo 650 smartphone into the toilet bowl is certainly a heart-stopping experience!
I am happy to report that there’s a happy ending to the story. I left my Treo 650 to dry overnight, next to a dehumidifier. When I got back from work today, I put everything back together, and voila – the Treo 650 turned on, as if nothing had happened. It’s amazing how robust this thing is.
I will certainly be much more careful with my Treo in the future!

Same thing happened to me last night. I was scared to death to turn it back on. However I turned a hair dryer on it after letting it sit all night and all is well!
