Soft Reset for Treo

While I still maintain that the Palm Treo 650 smartphone is the best available smartphone in the market today, we all know it’s not perfect. Occasionally, for no apparent reason, the Treo 650 may decide to freeze up. Due to the design of the phone, you need to open the battery cover in order to reset the Treo. If you don’t want to opt for a replacement battery cover, there is now a simpler way to do a soft reset.

The software itself is called SoftReset and what it does is enable you to reset your Treo using an on-screen button. There’s also a countdown feature where you can set the amount of time for your Treo to automatically soft reset. SoftReset is free.
