Get your Cingular Treo 650 SIM tray replaced

If you use a Palm Treo 650 smartphone user and a Cingular customer, you can get your free SIM card tray replacement.
Apparently there is an issue with existing SIM trays that can cause the radio to turn itself off on Cingular Wireless Treo 650 smartphones. If you’ve determined that the old-style SIM tray is causing your smartphone’s radio to turn off unexpectedly, please contact Palm’s SIM tray hotline at 866-677-7256. Palm will mail you a new-style SIM tray to replace your old one.
