Here are a couple of alternatives to Palm’s own Treo Bluetooth Headset. Treonauts reviews the Cardo Scala 500 and TreoCentral reviews the Nokia HS-11W.

Both work well with the Palm Treo 650 smartphone, with the Scala getting particularly high marks.
