This blog, Treo Today, will focus on the Palm Smartphone we all know and love : The Treo. I will talk about the devices, the accessories, the software, and more. Expect lots of changes in the first week or so as I experiment with layouts and add features.

A bit of history:

I have been a PDA user for almost 10 years now, starting in 1995. When I graduated from university, I sold my PC and bought a Psion Series 3A. Since then, I have been the owner of :

- Palm Pilot Professional
- Palm V (later upgraded to V8)
- Palm M505
- Psion Series 7
- Palm Zire
- Palm Zire 71
- Palm Tungsten T2
- Palm Tungsten T3
- Palm Zire 72

...and that brings us to my current PDA, and my first Smartphone, the Palm Treo 650.

The Treo 650, while not as powerful as some of my previous PDAs, does (almost) everything that I want it to, in one convenient and attractive form factor. Since I bought it in April this year, it has totally surpassed my expectations and is now permanently attached to my hand (or so it seems). While I consider myself a power user, there's still a lot to learn and to discover.
