The Palm OS is well-known for its friendly and intuitive user interface. The built-in launcher has a pretty good feature set for managing your applications. However, sometimes you do want to get "under the hood" and Filez by nosleep software does just that.

Filez is simple yet powerful - you can manage (edit, delete, rename, copy, move etc) any file in your Treo's internal memory as well as external storage like your SD card.
